About the Teacher
‚Äč

My name is Gina Ragghianti St. Charles, and I am very excited to be back at Christ the King School.  I am a Christ the King alumnae, attending CKS from Kindergarten through Eighth grade.  I also attended Father Ryan High School. After graduating from high school, I attended Murray State University for two years before returning home to Nashville to attend Aquinas College.  I graduated from Aquinas Summa Cum Laude in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a teacher license in Kindergarten through eighth grade.  I received the St. Dominic Teacher Education Award from my peers and faculty at Aquinas College. I also received the Christ the King Teacher of the Year award in 2013.

As evident by my educational background, an education based in the Catholic faith is central to my teaching philosophy.  I am not only familiar with the outstanding environment of a Catholic school, but I am the product of years of meaningful, faith-based learning.

I am a mother of three, with my oldest daughter starting tenth grade at SCA, my younger daughter in 5th grade this year at CKS, and my son starting 1st grade.  I am looking forward to a great year as a teacher and parent at Christ the King School.
